At Charlotte Puxley Flowers, we’ve been redefining interiors with floral architecture since 2015. From this passion for creativity grew Ida’s Events Space & Bar—a sophisticated, versatile venue in Singapore designed as a blank canvas for unforgettable experiences.

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our growing team. If you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and love bringing ideas to life, this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing

Supporting clients every step of the way, from viewings to event day.

Coordinating brand launches, weddings, private dinners, and lifestyle events.

Working with caterers, our in-house bar, and vendors to make events seamless.

Managing logistics, manpower, and documentation.

Hosting client viewings at Ida’s with warmth and professionalism.

Sharing fresh ideas to enhance guest experiences and operations.
What we’re looking for

1.5–2 years’ experience in event management.

Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.

A keen eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitude.

Weekend availability depending on event schedule.
What we offer

Salary: $2,500 – $2,800/month
