Event Planner
Calling for all enthusiastic and dynamic Event Planners who find joy in creating unforgettable moments, for both business clients and wedding couples. Your primary role will be to charm and engage those looking for a beautiful venue, whether for a brand product launch, an intimate wedding, or even a private party. With your excellent communication skills, you will help our customers imagine and visualise how their events will turn out while suggesting customised ideas that match their vision. Clear and persuasive communication is crucial for conveying the unique features and benefits of our venue.
This role is for someone with a penchant for organisation and exceptional customer service, and your knack for sales will play a pivotal role in this job. As an Event Planner, you will collaborate closely with various teams, coordinating with vendors and caterers to ensure the seamless execution of each event. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, promoting our venue through different platforms, and attending industry events to network and showcase our offerings. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, gracefully tackles challenges, and adapts well to last-minute changes with finesse.
Responsibilities:
* Handle all enquiries and requests about the space
* Consult both B2C customers and B2B clients
* Source for leads via effective growth channels
* Conduct market research to ensure our packages and list of partners are competitive with something different to offer
* Work closely with various departments concurrently to ensure the success of events
* Manage all events processes and matters from the start to the end, including paperwork, preparation of proposals and quotations for venue rental, presenting your ideas, host space viewings, gathering post-event feedback, and others
* Network, build and develop meaningful relationships within the industry to promote our space
Requirements:
* A minimum of one to three years of relevant working experience in corporate or wedding sales is required for this position
* Experienced in financial and budgeting principles to create a comprehensive spreadsheet on the event pillar with components such as forecasting, sales reporting, and more
* Advanced skills in prospecting, rapport building, listening, and objection handling to effectively close sales
* Customer service excellence; A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service throughout the entire customer journey. Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly are vital
* A confident speaker with good presentation and communication skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
* A meticulous individual with strong time management and organisation skills
* A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with a positive mindset
Marketing Intern
Calling for all digital-savvy content creators who find joy in meaningful conversations spanning from nature’s quiet beauty to environmental affairs and everything in between. Individuals with a flair for storytelling who can create within the brand aesthetic and understand social media platforms like the back of their hands are welcome. We are looking for a multi-hyphenate creator who enjoys video shoots, photo shoots, editing works, art directing, styling, writing, and more.
This role is for a creative soul, someone who loves seeing their ideas come to life and be at the heart of it. The right candidate is comfortable working with a camera, ready to support photo shoots, familiar with various design and editing software, capable of producing artwork, has a knack for writing, and strives to grow our social media presence.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation
* Strategically plan and schedule weekly content across all communication channels, including Instagram, Facebook, newsletters, and websites (via blog posts and routine updates), ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
Explore New Platforms
* Assist in establishing and maintaining a presence on new platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest, tailoring content to fit each platform’s audience.
Performance Analysis
* Analyse data from both organic and paid campaigns, tracking metrics such as ROAS, engagement rates, and conversions. Leverage insights to make data-driven recommendations that refine future campaigns and boost performance.
Community Management
* Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and reviews on all platforms, including Google, to foster community and ensure a positive brand experience.
Drive Innovation
* Stay ahead of trends by researching the latest industry developments and proposing fresh, creative ideas to elevate content and marketing strategies.
Photoshoot and Videoshoot Support
* Provide hands-on assistance with photoshoots and video production, including editing content for distribution across various channels.
Additional Responsibilities
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the marketing team and ongoing campaigns.
Requirements:
* Undergraduate in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
* Excellent command of spoken and written English with strong writing and storytelling skills.
* A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with a positive mindset.
* Proficiency in various design and editing software — Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Lightroom.

Bringing her signature countryside style, Charlotte Puxley Flowers marries pastoral flair with lush tropicals to create lavish floral arrangements with equal parts of polish and brilliance.
Our floral team is comprised of imaginative individuals, each armed with creative sensibilities, a passion for nature’s quiet beauty, and most importantly, a lot of heart. We work through the medium of flowers to craft narratives, convey meaning, and create works of art that are not only visually captivating but also emotionally affecting.
We are taking on an exciting new endeavour, of an event space and bar in Gillman Barracks. This will be our new head office. A space adorned with florals, where the soft glow of candlelight casts a romantic ambiance upon every gathering. With a focus on serving intimate dinners, drink parties, and even weddings, our new venue is where moments of celebration are crafted with utmost care and attention to detail.
