Event Florist (full-time)
Calling for all experienced florists. Individuals with professional certifications in horticulture, floral design, landscape architecture, or other related fields are all welcome. We are looking for someone confident to head our event pillar. Your day-to-day responsibility entails meetings with B2B clients, writing quotations, and coordinating with our studio manager to manage these events. On top of that, you will also be involved in contract work, support daily floral orders, assist in making arrangements for upcoming events and weddings and manage on-site installations.
This role is for a team player, someone who enjoys engaging with clients and is an excellent project manager. The right candidate is comfortable speaking to clients, familiar with the process of writing a quotation, and strives to grow our events pillar.
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
* Head our event pillar
* Reach out and meet with B2B clients
* Writing quotations
* Coordinating with our studio manager to manage events
* Involved in contract work
* Support daily floral orders
* Assist in making arrangements for upcoming events and weddings
* Manage on-site installations
Requirements:
* Singaporean or Permanent Resident
* A minimum of one to two years of experience with events or flowers
* Able to work well with a team and independently
* Able to time manage and be efficient
* Able to commit long-term to a regular weekly schedule
* Able to work on critical days leading up to Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, and other peak seasons
Plus points:
* Driving license
* Good organisation skills
* Able to manage spreadsheets and documents well

Bringing her signature countryside style, Charlotte Puxley Flowers marries pastoral flair with lush tropicals to create lavish floral arrangements with equal parts of polish and brilliance.
